WELCOME to the HEALTH CLUB         

The Health Club at Paupack Hills Golf & Country Club offers a year round heated, indoor pool. We also offer a whirlpool, a sauna, a racquetball court, and an exercise facility. The exercise facility includes treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, a stair climber, and a universal gym machine.

Have fun and meet new people by joining one of our low impact water aerobics classes.  You do not have to be a member of the club to participate in water aerobics. 

At various times during the year, we offer swim lessons by Red Cross Certified instructors, and Red Cross lifesaving certification programs.

We would be happy to arrange a pool party for your child's next birthday or a group swim.

POOL PARTIES & GROUP SWIMS

Are you looking for a unique way to celebrate your child's birthday ? 

We would be happy to arrange a pool party for you! 

You do not need to be a member of the club to have a party with us!

 POOL PARTIES ~ Our three (3) hour package includes two (2) hours of swim time in our

               indoor heated pool and one (1)  hour use of the party room to enjoy food, cake, etc.

Members:   $75.00 for up to 10 children and $5.00 for each additional child.

Non-Members:   $100.00 for up to 10 children and $5.00 for each additional child.

GROUP SWIMS ~ Includes two hours of swim time in our indoor heated pool.

Members:   $25.00 for up to 10 children and $2.50 for each additional child.

Non-Members:   $40.00 for up to 10 children and $2.50  for each additional child.

Water aerobics classes are offered on a fee basis at the club on weekday mornings.
